Театру как и устройству промышленного здания присущ четкий технологический процесс. Однако, если промсооружение по своей сути интровертно, то театр превращает технологию в визуальный ряд и представляет собой экстравертный пром, т.е. пром, рождающий художественный образ. В работе представлена идея возрождения публичного театра в старом парке при ткацких фабриках XIX века – одном из общественных пространств для рабочих.
