2. Участие:

2.1. К участию приглашаются архитекторы и художники архитектуры, профессионалы и ученики творческих студий и вузов (от 14 лет).

2.2. Каждый автор может подать заявку во все номинации конкурса.

2.3. Участие бесплатное, но рекомендуется заранее принять во внимание возможные почтовые расходы на доставку и возврат оригиналов работ в (из) Оргкомитет(а) или печать полномасштабных, качественных репродукций – в случае прохождения во второй тур конкурса и приглашения на просмотр оригиналов, участия в тематической выставке на основе работ конкурса, а также транспортные расходы на посещение мероприятий в рамках конкурса.

 

 
3. Тема номинации

3.1. В номинацию «АРХИТЕКТУРНАЯ ФАНТАЗИЯ» могут быть представлены рисунки вымышленных архитектурных пространств и сооружений, а также композиции, отражающие процесс формирования индивидуального авторского языка, поиска выразительных средств, форм и образов вне работы над конкретным проектом.

3.2. Приветствуются рисунки, раскрывающие творческую позицию автора, представляющие его размышления о путях развития архитектуры, предлагающие ответы на вызовы современности и будущего.

3.3. НЕ ПРИНИМАЮТСЯ: абстрактные композиции, связь которых с архитектурой может показаться условной.

 
4. Этапы конкурса

4.1. Конкурс проводится в два этапа.

4.2. Первый этап проходит в онлайн-формате: после публикации на сайте всех заявок, прошедших модерацию, жюри рассматривает материалы, загруженные участниками в электронном виде на сайт конкурса. Каждый член жюри отмечает и одновременно оценивает по 10-бальной шкале от 6 до 15 (в зависимости от общего числа заявок) лучших, по его мнению, работ. Из работ, отмеченных хотя бы одним членом жюри, формируется лонг-лист. Около 40 работ, набравших наибольшее число баллов, проходят во второй этап, и авторы получают приглашение прислать оригиналы или, в исключительных случаях, репродукции рисунков на просмотр Жюри. Во втором этапе Жюри рассматривает оригиналы рисунков и определяет призеров в каждой номинации.

4.3. Оргкомитет рассматривает возможность проведения выставки по итогам конкурса.

 
5. Требования к работам

5.1. На конкурс принимаются работы, выполненные ИСКЛЮЧИТЕЛЬНО ОТ РУКИ в техниках графики и акварели на нецифровых носителях, без использования цифровых медиа и существенной компьютерной доработки отсканированных изображений.

5.2. Эксперименты с графическими техниками и материалами приветствуются. Частичное использование ручного коллажа допускается, но решение о пропуске таких работ в каждом отдельном случае остается за модератором.

5.3. Решение об участии произведений, сочетающих живописные и графические приемы, принимается модераторами в каждом случае индивидуально.

5.4. В данной номинации участник конкурса может представить ОДНУ работу.

5.5. ОДНА работа может состоять из одного листа или из серии до 5 листов, сгруппированных в ОДНОЙ ЗАЯВКЕ! в разделе  сайта «Добавить работу» (см. пункт 7 «Формат подачи работ»).

5.6. Под серией понимаются изображения, вместе составляющие единую с точки зрения смысла и художественного языка историю.

5.7.Оригинал рисунка не должен превышать размер 80 x 60 см. При подаче рисунка большего размера возможно участие только в первом, онлайн-туре. Исключения – по усмотрению куратора проекта.

5.8. В случае возникновения сомнений по поводу соблюдения основного условия конкурса – рукотворности рисунка – организаторы имеют право запросить для экспертизы дополнительные материалы, включая оригиналы рисунков.

5.9. Также участники должны быть готовы предоставить по запросу изображение в высоком печатном разрешении (300 dpi, в размерах оригинала 1:1).

5.10. На конкурс НЕ ПРИНИМАЮТСЯ работы:

• в технике холст, масло

• печатная графика (гравюры, офорты, etc…)

• рисунки, заявленные в предыдущие конкурсы: : «АрхиГрафика 1 – 6»

5.11. Участник конкурса гарантирует свое АВТОРСКОЕ ПРАВО по представленным на конкурс работам и несет полную ответственность в соответствии с законодательством РФ в случае нарушения прав третьих лиц. Организатор конкурса имеет право проверить авторство работы-победителя, участник обязуется предоставить необходимую информацию.

5.12. НЕ ПРИВЕТСТВУЕТСЯ использование псевдонима, незащищенного авторскими правами.

 
6. Регистрация:

6.1. Желающие принять участие в конкурсе должны зарегистрироваться на сайте конкурса competitions.archplatforma.ru, получить по указанному электронному адресу пароль доступа к личному аккаунту и ссылку на его активацию.

6.2. Участники предыдущих конкурсов «АрхиГрафики» могут воспользоваться прежним логином и паролем.

6.3. При размещении в соответствующих строчках информации о себе:
• указывать имя и фамилию в латинской транслитерации – обязательно;
• ссылку на портфолио, информацию о творческой биографии – желательно;
• номер телефона для обратной связи с Оргкомитетом – крайне желательно, в открытых данных об участнике он не отображается.

 
7. Формат подачи работ

7.1. Получив доступ к личному кабинету, Вы увидите справа названия номинаций. Работу нужно загрузить, открыв «окно» слева напротив соответствующего названия номинации.

7.2. Произведения принимаются в оцифрованном виде, в формате jpg, размером НЕ МЕНЕЕ 2000 пикселей по ширине.

7.3. Работа должна сопровождаться следующей информацией:
• название рисунка (общее название серии)
• англ. перевод названия
• техника исполнения работы
• англ. перевод техники исполнения рисунка
• размеры оригинала в сантиметрах: высота x ширина
• год создания работы
• краткая история/концепция работы с английским переводом – в окне «описание»
• в случае подачи серии из нескольких рисунков отдельные названия (если есть) и размеры каждого из рисунков нужно указать в окне «описание» под соответствующими номерами (1,2, 3...)

7.4. На конкурс НЕ ПРИНИМАЮТСЯ работы:
• некачественно оцифрованные (плохо отсканированные или сфотографированные)
• темные листы с нечетким изображением
• изображения на мятых, порванных, со следами сгибов и сшивок (блокнотных) листах
• расположенные не фронтально
• с каким-либо фоном за краями листа
• с фото инструментов, материалов рисунка и рисующих рук

 
8. Модерация (Квалификационный отбор)

8.1. Любая работа, представленная на конкурс, проходит ОБЯЗАТЕЛЬНУЮ МОДЕРАЦИЮ (квалификационный отбор).

8.2. МОДЕРАЦИЯ представляет собой приемную комиссию и осуществляется Оргкомитетом конкурса (в свободном режиме, не каждый день).

8.3.Срок модерации начинается с началом приема работ и может закончиться в течение 7-10 дней после закрытия приема работ.

8.4. Для каждой работы, поступившей на конкурс, СРОКИ МОДЕРАЦИИ и принятия решения о допуске к участию, а также возможность корректировки заявки ИНДВИДУАЛЬНЫ. Заявка может находиться на модерации с момента ее отправки на конкурс до окончания периода модерации. Ответ о ее прохождении или непрохождении на конкурс может быть представлен оргкомитетом в любое время в рамках этого срока.

8.5. Модерация осуществляется не каждый день, в процессе модерации возможны перерывы.

8.6. В течение общего периода модерации (см. раздел 12 «Даты») приемная комиссия обязуются рассмотреть все заявки и дать по ним ответ.

8.7. Все работы, допущенные к участию, публикуются на онлайн-выставке конкурса с указанием зарегистрированного имени автора, рассматриваются в соответствующие сроки Жюри, получают достаточно времени, чтобы набрать баллы на приз зрительских симпатий.

8.8. Для удобства судейского процесса при публикации на сайте работе также присваивается идентификационный номер.

8.9. В процессе модерации УЧИТЫВАЮТСЯ:

• качество презентации рисунка

• соответствие изображения параметрам и темам номинаций конкурса

• качество исполнения рисунка

• оригинальность выбора и художественного воплощения темы/предмета изображения в контексте поступающих заявок.

8.10. ЕСЛИ РАБОТА, ОТПРАВЛЕННАЯ НА МОДЕРАЦИЮ, ВЕРНУЛАСЬ В «ЧЕРНОВИКИ», ПРОВЕРЬТЕ ЭЛЕКТРОННУЮ ПОЧТУ: на указанный адрес Вам был отправлен комментарий модератора.

8.11. Организаторы конкурса оставляют за собой право отклонить заявку или снять работу с конкурса без объяснения причин. Работа не может быть снята с конкурса по инициативе участника без уважительной причины.

9.2. Работы членов жюри и других лиц, причастных к отборочным этапам, в конкурсе не участвуют.

 
10. Система голосования и оценки работ

10.1.Процедура оценки работ Жюри подробно описана в пункте 4.2.

10.2. В процессе проведения конкурса действует онлайн-голосование посетителей сайта. Оно позволяет посетителям сайта конкурса поддержать понравившиеся работы, но НЕ ВЛИЯЕТ на результаты голосования Жюри. Когда участник голосует за другого участника В ТОЙ ЖЕ НОМИНАЦИИ, последний получает 10 баллов. Посетители сайта голосуют с коэффициентом 1 балл. При любой активности участников и пользователей (лайки, комментарии) ПРОИСХОДИТ РОТАЦИЯ КОНКУРСНЫХ РАБОТ, они перемещаются на верхние позиции на странице сайта.

 
11. Призы и награды

11.1. По итогам работы Жюри в каждой номинации могут быть определены победители и призеры.

11.2. Победители и призеры конкурса получают дипломы, ценные призы и подарки от организаторов и партнеров конкурса.

11.3. Победитель зрительского онлайн-голосования получает поощрительный приз и диплом от организаторов конкурса.

11.4. В случае присуждения денежных призов, они вручаются в течение пяти календарных месяцев с момента объявления результатов. При безналичном переводе денежного приза Оргкомитет не покрывает комиссии, взымаемые банками.

11.5. Организаторы и партнеры конкурса оставляют за собой право вручить дополнительные призы авторам лучших работ.

12. Даты

12.2. Корректировка и пересмотр отклоненных заявок: до 20 марта 2020 года

13. Заключительные положения

13.1. Организаторы оставляют за собой право изменять условия конкурса в одностороннем порядке.

13.2. Извещение об изменении условий осуществляется в порядке, предусмотренном для объявления конкурса.

13.3. Организаторы и партнеры имеют право использовать материалы, представленные авторами, в рекламно-информационных целях в рамках проекта «АрхиГрафика».

13.4. Все расходы, связанные с доставкой оригиналов работ в Оргкомитет конкурса для выставки, изготовлением качественных репродукций в случае невозможности предоставления оригиналов, проездом до места проведения мероприятий в рамках конкурса, проживанием в городе проведения мероприятий, доставкой призов к месту проживания, несёт участник конкурса.

2. Participation

2.1. Entry to the competition is free of charge.

2.2. Each participant can apply 1 Entry in all nominations of the competition.

2.3. Entry is open to architects and artists of architecture, specialists and students at architecture schools (aged 14 years old and upwards).

2.4. Participation is free, but it is recommended that you take into account possible postal costs for the delivery and return of the original work to (from) the Organizing Committee (a) or the printing of full-scale, high-quality reproductions - if you pass to the second round of the competition and are invited for the review of the originals, participation in a thematic exhibition based on the work of the competition, as well as transportation costs for attending events within the competition.

 
3. Topic of the Architectural Fantasy nomination

3.1. The ARCHITECTURAL FANTASY category is open to depictions of imaginary architectural spaces and structures, and likewise to compositions which reflect the process by which an personal stylistic language is formed or by which a quest for expressive media is conducted independently of work on a particular brief.

3.2. We particularly encourage submission of drawings which reveal the author’s creative credo, represent his or her thoughts on the development of architecture, or propose responses to the challenges posed by modernity and the near future.

3.3. NOT ACCEPTED: abstract compositions, the connection of which with architecture may seem indirect.

 
4. Stages of the Competition

4.1. The competition is held in two stages.

4.2. The first stage takes place in an online format: after the publication of all applications that have passed moderation, the jury reviews the materials uploaded by the participants in electronic form to the competition website. Each member of the jury notes and at the same time evaluates the best works, in his opinion, from 6 to 15 (depending on the total number of applications) entries on a 10-point scale. From the works marked by at least one member of the jury, a long list is formed. About 40 works with the highest number of points go to the second stage, and the authors are invited to send the originals or, in exceptional cases, reproductions of the drawings for viewing by the Jury. In the second stage, the Jury considers the originals of the drawings and determines the winners in each nomination.

4.3. The organizing committee is considering the possibility of holding an exhibition following the results of the competition.

 
5. Requirements concerning entries

5.1. The competition is open to entries which have been executed ENTIRELY BY HAND in any graphic medium, performed on non-digital media, without use of digital media or substantial computer enhancement of scanned images.

5.2. Experiments with hand-graphics media and materials are welcome. Partial use of handmade collage is permitted. But the decision to accept such entry makes the moderator.

5.3. The decision on the participation of works combining pictorial and graphic techniques is accepted by the moderators in each case individually.

5.4. Competition entrants may submit ONE entry in the given category.

5.5. The ONE work may consist of a single sheet or of a series of up to five sheets grouped so as to constitute A SINGLE ENTRY in the ‘add work’ section (see section 7 ‘Format in which works are to be submitted’).

5.6. If the author submits several drawings, there must be not only a discernible thematic link between them, but also an artistic link.

5.7. THE ALLOWABLE SIZE OF WORKS. The original drawing must not exceed 80 x 60 cm. When submitting a larger drawing, it is possible to participate only in the first online stage. Exceptions are at the discretion of the project curator.

5.8. In the event of doubts concerning compliance with the main requirement for the competition – that the drawing should be handmade – the organizers are entitled to request additional materials in order to make an informed assessment.

5.9. Entrants should also be prepared to make available, when asked to do so, a high-resolution image (300 dpi at a scale of 1:1) and original copies of the drawings.

5.10. The competition does not accept works:

• in the technique «canvas, oil»

• printed graphics (etchings, etchings, etc.)

• drawings announced in previous competitions: "ArchiGraphicArts 1-6".

5.11. Entrants in the Competition guarantee that they hold COPYRIGHT to the drawings submitted for the competition and bear full responsibility in accordance with Russian federal law in the event of violation of the rights of third parties. The competition organizer is entitled to check the authorship of the winning entry and entrants are obliged to make available the required information.

5.12. Use of pseudonyms unprotected by copyright is NOT ENCOURAGED.

6. Registration:

6.1. To take part in the competition, you should register on the competition website - competitions.archplatforma.ru You will then receive by email a password for your personal account and a link by which to activate your account.

6.2. If you took part in the previous ArchiGraphicArtscompetitions you may use your login and password from last times.

6.3. When filling out your entry form, you must indicate:

• your name and surname,

• a link to your online portfolio (if you have it)

• information where are you working o studying

• a telephone number so that you can be contacted by the Organizing Committee (this number will not be published in information given about entrants in the competition).

 
7. Format for submission of entries

7.1. After gaining access to your personal account, you will see the names of the competition categories on the right. Upload your entry by opening a window on the left opposite the relevant category name. You may submit one entry in each category (be sure to look at the category description on our website).

7.2. Each Entry may consist of 1-5 sheets comprising a coherent series. Entries should be submitted in digitalized form in jpg format, with a width of AT LEAST 2000 pixels.

7.3. Each Entry should be accompanied by the following information:

• the title of the drawing (or series title)

• the medium in which the drawing has been executed

• the size of the original in centimetres: height x width

• the year of execution

• a short history / description of the concept behind the entry (preferable)

• in the case that the entry is a series consisting of several drawings, please indicate the title of each drawing (if titled) and the sizes of each of the drawings in the window marked ‘description’ under the appropriate number (1,2,3…)

7.4. The Competition does not accept work:

• poorly digitized (poorly scanned or photographed)

• dark sheets with fuzzy images

• images on crumpled, torn, with traces of folds and stitching sheets

• located not frontal

• with a visible background behind the edges of the sheet

• with photo of the tools, drawing materials and drawing hands

 
8. Moderation (pre-selection)

8.1. All entries submitted for the competition are to be subject to OBLIGATORY MODERATION (selection).

8.2. MODERATION is to be carried out by the competition’s Organizing Committee (in free mode and not every day).

8.3. Moderation will begin when submission of entries commences and will end 10 days after the closing date for submission of entries.

8.4. In the case of each entry submitted to the competition, the DEADLINES for considering entries and for deciding whether an entry is to be accepted for the competition, and likewise possibilities for amending an entry are INDIVIDUAL and are AT THE DISCRETION OF THE MODERATOR. The application stay at the moderation from the moment it is sent to the competition until the end of the moderation period. The answer about its participation or non-participation to the competition can be submitted by the organizing committee at any time within this period.

8.5. Moderation is not carried out every day; breaks are possible during the moderation process.

8.6. During the course of the moderation period (see point 12 ‘Dates’) the moderators are obliged to look at all entries submitted and to give answers to the authors.

8.7. All entries accepted for the competition are to be published in the competition’s online exhibition, together with indication of their authors’ registered names and are to be reviewed by the Jury in compliance with the relevant deadlines, and are to be given sufficient time to pick up points in the scoring for the Audience Prize.

8.8.To make the process of judging more convenient, entries are to assigned SEQUENTIAL NUMBERS during moderation.

8.9. The moderation process will TAKE ACCOUNT of:

• the quality of the drawing’s presentation

• the extent to which the image complies with the parameters and overall theme of the competition

• the quality of the drawing’s execution

• the originality of the choice and execution of the theme / object depicted in the context of entries submitted.

8.10. If the submitted entry came back in the Draft folder, please, check your mail: you will have received comments from a moderator.

8.11. The competition organizers retain the right to reject an entry or remove an entry from the competition without giving a reason. An entry may not be withdrawn from the competition by an entrant without a convincing reason being given.

 
9. Jury

9.1. Competition Jury is in the process of Formation. Participation is confirmed by:

SERGEY KUZNETSOV – the chief architect of Moscow

MAXIM ATAYANTS – architect, professor of the Academy of Arts (St. Peterburg), chief of the «Maxim Atayants’ architectural studio» (Russia)

ANDREY CHERNIKHOV – architect, Andrey Chernikhov Architecture & Design Studio founder (Russia).

MIKHAIL PHILIPPOV – architect, artist, chief of the «Mikhail Philippov’s architectural studio» (Russia)

SERGEY ESTRIN - architect, founder and head of the Architectural Studio of Sergey Estrin (Russia, Moscow)

9.2. The work of the members of the Jury and other persons involved in the qualifying stages does not participate in the competition.

 
10. Voting and evaluation of entries

10.1. The procedure for evaluating the work of the Jury is described in detail in paragraph 4.2.

10.2. During the competition an online vote will also be held. This will allow visitors to the competition website to support entries which take their fancy, but WILL HAVE NO EFFECT on the results of the voting by the competition jury. In the event that a competition participant presses the ‘like’ button under a work by another participant in the same competition category, the latter receives 10 points. Votes given by visitors to the website will be worth 1 point. Activity (‘likes’ and comments) by competition participants and visitors to the website will result in CHANGES IN THE RANKINGS OF COMPETITION ENTRIES (entries that receive likes or comments will move to higher positions on the web page).

 
11. Prizes and awards

11.1. According to the results of the remote online work of the Jury, winners in each nomination will be determined.

11.2. Winners and prize-winners of the Contest receive diplomas, valuable prizes and gifts from the organizers and partners of the contest.

11.3. The winner of the site visitors online voting receives an incentive prize and a diploma from the organizers of the competition.

11.4. In the case of awarding cash prizes, they are awarded within three calendar months from the date of announcement of the results. When transferring a cash prize non-cash, the organizing committee does not cover the commission charged by banks.

11.5. The organizers and partners of the contest reserve the right to award additional prizes to the authors of the best works.

12. Dates

12.1. Submission of entries: is completed

12.2. Correction and revision of rejected applications:  until March 20, 2020 

12.3. End of moderation (review and correction of all applications received):: until March 20, 2020

12.4. Remote work of the Jury: March 21 - April 15, 2020

12.5. End of the audience voting: the date will be announced later

12.9. Announcement of winners and Awarding Ceremony: the date will be announced additionally

 
 
13. Conclusory points

13.1. The Organizers retain the right to unilaterally change the competition conditions.

13.2. Changes to the competition conditions are to be announced in accordance with the procedure for announcing the Competition.

13.3. The Organizers and partners are entitled to use materials submitted by the Competition entrants for advertising and informational purposes in the context of the ArchiGraphicArts competition.

13.4. All entrants’ expenses relating to delivery of the drawings originals to the Organization Committee for the Jury examination and getting the drawings back, travelling to the location for the awards ceremony and to their accommodation in the city where the Ceremony, delivery of prizes to the place of residence are to be borne by the entrants themselves.
